Flickloot (“we”, “us”, “our”) is a product discovery platform operated at flickloot.com. We provide a swipe-based interface allowing users to discover and save products from third-party retailers.

2. Use of the site

By using Flickloot you agree to these terms. You must be at least 18 years old to use this site. You agree not to misuse the site, attempt to disrupt its functionality, or use it for any unlawful purpose.

3. Affiliate links and commissions

Flickloot participates in affiliate programmes including the Awin network. Product links on this site are affiliate links — when you click through and make a purchase, we may earn a commission at no extra cost to you. We are not responsible for the pricing, availability, quality, or delivery of products sold by third-party retailers including Shein.

4. No purchase on Flickloot

Flickloot is a discovery and referral platform only. All purchases are completed directly on the retailer’s website (e.g. Shein). Any disputes regarding orders, returns, refunds, or product quality must be directed to the relevant retailer.

5. Loot List and localStorage

Your saved product list (“Loot List”) is stored locally in your browser using localStorage. We do not store, access, or transmit this data. Clearing your browser data will permanently delete your Loot List.

6. Intellectual property

All Flickloot branding, design, and content is owned by Flickloot and may not be reproduced without permission. Product names, images, and descriptions belong to their respective retailers and brands.

7. Disclaimer of warranties

Flickloot is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, accuracy of product information, or fitness for a particular purpose. Product prices and availability are subject to change without notice.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Flickloot shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of this site or any third-party purchases made through our affiliate links.

9. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Spain.
