Report a problem
Nothing here can be won or lost, but a game can still be unfair, broken, or worth flagging for another reason. This is where that goes. No account is needed to use this form, and none is created by using it.
Use this for a game that looks rigged, a bug that affects fairness, a safer-gambling concern, or anything else worth telling us. If you want help with play itself — limits, self-exclusion, a break — the tools are at /legal/responsible-play/ and do not need a report.
What happens to it: every report is read, checked against what actually happened on the platform, and answered where an answer is possible. An email is optional — without one we can still investigate, but cannot get back to you. What you send is kept for review and, once the matter is closed, for six years afterward, the same period we hold any complaint record (see /legal/privacy/).
