Terms of use
Plain terms for a platform where nothing is sold and nothing is owed. Read the no-value statement first — it governs everything below.
1. What Flickloot is
Flickloot is a free demonstration platform. It exists to show how a social casino can be built with published game mathematics, self-service fairness auditing, and functional player-protection controls. It is operated as a compliance reference implementation, not as a commercial gaming business.
2. No money, no prizes, no redemption
Gold Coins have no value. They cannot be purchased, redeemed, cashed out, transferred, or exchanged for anything. No payment is accepted from players by any means. No prize of monetary value is awarded. Where cosmetic items, titles, avatars or leaderboard positions are granted, they are non-transferable, carry no value, and may be withdrawn or reset at any time.
3. Eligibility
Users must be 18 or older. Access is blocked from jurisdictions where it is restricted. Circumventing a geographic block — with a VPN, a proxy, or otherwise — is a breach of these terms.
4. Accounts
An account may be required for features that need persistence, such as the daily allowance, cosmetic unlocks, and leaderboards. An account holds an email address and gameplay records. It does not hold, and cannot hold, payment details, because no payment mechanism exists. Accounts may be deleted on request; see the privacy policy.
5. Identity verification
Any identity-verification flow presented on this platform is a demonstration. It runs entirely in the browser, accepts specimen documents only, and transmits nothing. Do not upload a real identity document to Flickloot. It is not needed, it will not be processed, and it should not be submitted.
6. Fair play
Automated play, scripted clients, exploitation of software defects, and manipulation of leaderboards are prohibited. Accounts doing so may be reset or closed. Since nothing of value is at stake, no compensation arises in either direction.
7. No warranty, no liability
The platform is provided as-is. It may be interrupted, reset, or discontinued without notice, and coin balances and progress may be lost. As Gold Coins have no value, no loss of value can occur.
8. Self-exclusion
Self-exclusion is immediate and irreversible. It cannot be lifted on request. This is deliberate.
9. Changes
These terms may be updated. Material changes are published with their date. The no-value position is not subject to amendment in substance; if it were ever changed, the change would be published in full alongside the previous text.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Spain. Nothing here limits any right a consumer holds under mandatory law in their own jurisdiction.
